Participating in the CEC Executive Coaching Program, particularly the 3-day intensive seminar led by Dr. Carmen, has been a transformative experience. Dr. Carmen’s presence is incredibly inspiring; she not only embodies the qualities of an exceptional coach but also creates an environment where profound learning and growth can occur.

Throughout the seminar, I gained invaluable coaching tools, such as the Leader Dashboard and the 15-Minute Time Record, which have allowed me to view my life and coaching practice from entirely new perspectives.
